I assume this is for card payment? And it occurs only for your card or for any card that you've been trying with?

hmmmm, just to rule out the obvious - you (or the customers) are not using a VPN nor are you using any browser extensions when attempting payment right?

So unfortunately, I'm not too sure why payment for this customer is failing as well right now. I'm going to need some time to look into this and I'm going to send you a link to create a case so that we can follow up on it. For reference, I wasn't able to replicate the issue so it does feel like something very specific to this customer.
