Stripe doesn't have an API to list all the meter events submitted. This should be recorded in your own system. Only event summary is supported.

thanks for the reply. Just in general, for usage based billing of any kind, lets say a $ amount per time used for a "job", is there anything other than using meter and meter events for what I describe above to record the individual usage for each "job" and retrieve each individually submitted job using any API (or anything else I may not know about) from stripe in any way?
