This is the screenshot, after clicking the "COntinue setup". The setup guide tab opens and a border appears on the 'Verify your identity'

Yes and before contacting the support team I tried to complete this steps 2 or 3 times, then it still stayed in this state.

When I click on it I see the standard modal, which opens a QR code to scan on my mobile and continue with the verification process
