My subscription id will not help you as what i want is custom proportion on the base of my own custom value/credits

ok, have you already looked into/implemented 'usage-based billing' for your subscriptions?

if you want to bill the customer in arrears for the amount of a product used (rather than a set amount, at the start of the billing period) this is our recommended solution

I want billing with 2 ways: One with price and second with usage based at the same time. Is this possible?

yes it's possible to combine both metered (i.e. usage-based) and licensed (i.e. standard/flat rate) prices within a single subscription
