when you are saying you are creating an experiement, do you mean in your payment method settings in the dashboard?
Gotcha, unfortunately this is a Dashboard feature that we do not support through this channel. I would have to refer you to Stripe support where someone can help you directly get unblocked on this. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

You can just click on any give question and after that click on the "x" in the top right corner. A prompt should pop up asking if the issue was solved and you can say "no". Then you should options how to reach support directly.
