👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1428373620283150437

hi there, that much delay shouldn't occur, let me take a look
I have another one, but let's start here.
can you send the other one? I'd like to see if there's things in common between the two
I didn't get deep into the second one but it should be similar:
account: acct_1Q4n9SPCeykGikdu
payment intent id: pi_3SIhSXPCeykGikdu2hj4HnQo
check for the invoice.payment_succeeded event.
We create our transaction records based on the invoice.payment_succeeded events. And when they are delayed our alerts are turned on because we think there is no transaction record, that's a sign of a fraud for us.
thank you, I can see the delay in both of them. and it looks like they happened at roughly the same time. one moment while I reach out to my colleagues
thanks
just wanted to let you know that we're still looking into this, thanks for being patient
ok, thanks for letting me know. I'm here
ok, I think this will need to be a deeper investigation with our internal infrastructure team. rarely delays can happen due to transient infra issues, but I want to make sure there's nothing deeper going on here. I'm going to create a link that will allow you to file a support case and our team will update you through that case as the investigation proceeds
Hello @tidal arch, we have sent you a direct message, please check it at https://discord.com/channels/@me/1428381429141737543
- 🔗The message has instructions on how to open a direct support case with our Developer Support team, in order to help you more effectively.
let me know once you've completed that and I can ensure it gets to the proper team
got it, thank you
ok, i'll follow up in the email. thanks for helping
sure thing, we'll get back to you as soon as possible. is it alright if I close this thread?
yea, sure! have a good day
