there's nothing to "implement". if you are using Payment Link, then everything should work out of the box.

however we don't recommend using webviews, instead it's better to redirect users to a full browser.

it's the bank that decide when to run 3DS. so sometimes 3DS will be requested, and somtimes not. that's not something you can control.

but Payment Links do support 3DS, no configuration is needed.
