I see the advice code is "advice_code": "try_again_later",
and maybe more importantly
"message": "Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication.",
However, I am looking at their last attempt and according to their admission there was not prompt to do anything beyond the first attempt

So the error is a little misleading I think. I can see that the network_decline_code in the setup intent response is set to 65 which I see from this resource is a "Exceeds withdrawal limit" error, so the customer probably needs to talk to their bank: https://stripe.com/gb/resources/more/a-complete-list-of-decline-codes
