Gotcha, looking in to this. Not sure if city-level is supported but I am double checking

We do show city as a level in the API. https://docs.stripe.com/api/tax_rates/object#tax_rate_object-jurisdiction_level
I am less familiar with dynamic tax rates. Is there a specific doc of ours that you are following on creating them?

Apologies for the delay, still looking on our side. May need to make a support case to follow up if we aren't able to find an answer now

Unfortunately it looks like this isn't possible with dynamic tax rates at the moment, I can file a feature request
