๐ Hi there! Let me take a look
It looks like the invoice has the coupon sRpavT4E, which only applies to the product "FAMILY", but the invoice is for the product "INDIVIDUAL"
sorry for the silly question but It should've thrown an error
You can add coupons or products to a subscription in any order. So if you now added a "FAMILY" product to the subscription, the coupon would take effect
But I can understand why it might seem confusing that you were "allowed" to add a coupon that doesn't apply to anything on the subscription, at that point in time
so you are saying if customer purchase another subscription with "FAMILY" then it will be applied, is it? or updating INDIVIDUAL to FAMILY will apply this coupon?
The coupon was applied to the subscription, when you created it. If that existing subscription was updated to include a "FAMILY" price, then the coupon should take effect
It wouldn't affect a new subscription
I've another off topic question, is in app subscription through stripe are supported? I am not using google play billing, directly using stripe
Yes, that's supported. But usually it depends on the app store rules. e.g. most digital goods have to be paid via Google Play billing. But that's something you need to check on with the Google Play documentation and terms.
