since 2025-03-31.basil the payment_intent (as well as charge and other) properties were removed from the Invoice object. https://docs.stripe.com/changelog/basil/2025-03-31/add-support-for-multiple-partial-payments-on-invoices
So that is expected behavior with the API version you are using
