Yes it's a bank transfer but immediate: https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/what-we-do/sepa-instant-credit-transfer

Currently Stripe only offers immediate bank payments in the US: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link/instant-bank-payments
