👋 Can you give me a bit more info about why you'd need to archive the coupon? The promotion code will be what controls whether it can be used or not

even I archive all the promotion code inside a coupon, users still can use coupon id to get discount, right?
So my boss want to allow admin to disable coupons at any time they want. But he can not disable without deleting it

Unfortunately not, it would have to be deleted if you want to be absolutely sure it can't be used
It's generally best just to share the promotion code and not expose the coupon ID if possible
