hello! Sorry, but we're mainly only able to help in English. I did try to translate your question and it looks like you're having trouble using your email address to contact support. Did you try signing in (logging in) to your Stripe Account before attempting to contact Support via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login?

so if you then navigate to https://support.stripe.com/contact - what do you see?

yep, okay, so continue typing in the input field and say you want to talk to a support agent
so you're saying you typed that you "I want to talk to a support agent", in the section that says Poser une question and you immediately get redirected to ^ page?
For context, I can't help you with your payouts problem here on this channel, but what I can do is to try and walk you through getting in contact with a support agent via the Stripe Support page.
So the next thing I can suggest you try is to, just log out from your Stripe account (ensure you're not logged in), and then go back to https://support.stripe.com/contact/login. Click on "I can't sign in"
This is what I did
Click on Submit and fill up the form
