hi there, the request ID you provided looks like it succeeded. can you provide a request ID that is causing the error?
i don't see an error in the logs but in my frontend's console i get:
{
"error": {
"code": "bitstamp_api_error",
"message": "An unrecoverable server error was encountered.",
"type": "api_error"
}
}
and i know there is an issue with your liquidity provider in testmode but i was told it was working in production
bitstamp being a LP https://www.bitstamp.net/
I think we'll need to connect you with someone who specializes in our crypto services. can you go here https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true and tell the AI agent on the right hand side that you'd like to file a support case? we can make sure it gets routed to the correct support from there
i did send a follow up email to the previous, related issue and have been informed that they are looking into it but as this is really CRITICAL to our activities, i felt like informing Stripe over discord could help
understood. this channel is dedicated to API integration support, so I can't escalate cases unrelated to that. if you're already emailed them, our main support team should be getting back to you as quickly as possible
