Hi! Do you have a request ID that shows this error?

austere gale
#

hello, i'm not sure how to grab that actually

robust goblet
#

Have you checked if the client_secret you're using in this function is the same as what you get when you create the session?

austere gale
#

yes just validated that

#

for context i am in sandbox mode and am using test publishable/secret keys

#

this is the full error:

    "type": "invalid_request_error",
    "code": "financial_connections_initialization_error",
    "message": "This is not a valid Financial Connections Session client_secret."
}```
#

i can also paste the session object, since it is sandbox data right?

Can you log the client_secret that is being passed from your backend to the frontend on both the backend and frontend and see if they are the same?

#

Yeap, you can paste it here. But can you paste the client_secret from the 2 logs?

#

this is returned from my backend

#

i tried logging it in my backend but cloudflare is so weird for some reason i can't see console logs in the observability tab only metadata on invocations

#

but i'm directly grabbing the client_secret from this response object and passing it to the stripe.js collectFinancialConnectionsAccounts function

#

this is my code if you're interested
