@torn nova https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information documents what we need based on type of business, country, etc.
a website and a type of business are required even for an individual to accept online payments really

I agree that the onboarding form can be confusing for individuals. I have sadly given than feedback many times over the years. I recommend you flag to our support team again at: https://support.stripe.com/contact

But in the meantime what you can do is pre-fill some of the information in the API yourself before you send them to our onboarding page. Like if you are a donation platform, you would have a page on your website for their donation and you could pre-fill that as the URL/website. If you're a delivery platform you can have a profile page for that driver and have that as the URL, etc.

But you either prefill the information or you have to have them provide this to us themselves. Does that make sense?

We are like a gaming platform and it's for customer. Because on this we declare they are individual. How it's working with law ? Is it like a false declaration ?

I don't really know what that means

I mean because we declare differently to verify identity. If the user declares they are like individual companies. They can get some issue with the law or us because the declaration is not 100% true?

I'm sorry I don't get it

#

I am not saying you should lie

#

I am explaining that we need this information, and you either let them provide it themselves in our UI, or you ask them yourself what type of business or prefill with what you know is correct

#

I recommend you work with our support team for 1:1 help: https://support.stripe.com/contact they can explain Connect in more details, you can explain your exact business model and how you onboard connected accounts and they can guide you to set this up safely
