hey there! metered billing involves now creating a Meter object[0], which is connected with a metered Price[1]

previously you could just create the metered Price and send Usage Records to Stripe based on the Subscription Item, however this feature has been updated and now the process involves sending Meter Events to the Meter object, rather than Usage Records as before
