π Welcome to your new thread!
β²οΈ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
β±οΈ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
π This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1423558809770791053

If needed, I can send the request and response with Stripe's API /v1/payment_intents (without privacy info)
hello! Yes, the request id would be helpful for me to take a look. Itβll have the prefix req_. You don't need to share the response as I can look that up.
Thanks a lot, req_fp70lmcv5HY9HA
It was a transaction in test mode, but I think it should be the same with the real. As the trasacation using VISA can show the expected statement_descriptor "MYDES* EXAMPLE" in test mode
req_dFezMDcBBAEVPV this one is payed with VISA, same request, but has the expected "calculated_statement_descriptor": "MYDES* EXAMPLE" (use "MYDES" to replace my privacy info)
sorry to have to redirect you, I tried taking a look but am not able to figure it out. π I'm going to need to redirect you to our support team who should be able to better advise you : https://support.stripe.com/contact
πββοΈ
But in https://support.stripe.com/contact, I clicked the "Contact support", only see the AI assistant, how can I contact to your support team?
yeaaah, it takes quite a bit of effort to go through the AI assistant - I would suggest posting your question there and giving the example requests. If you try to close the assistant window, it will ask you "Before you go, did we solve your issue?" - If you click on the π , you should be able to get through to a support agent
