HI ๐Ÿ‘‹

We don't really know a bunch about how the SSO product operates as it has less to do with direct API integrations. But I think this makes sense that, when a user account is enrolled in SSO, you cannot use the same email to grant access to other accounts. Since the SSO product changes the authentication model used so it doesn't behave the same as Stripe accounts without it

Hmm, it seems to break the model of how Stripe Connect works though. Our customer has an existing Stripe account, and usually they would grant us access to a new sub-account within that.

However with SSO, it seems like they'd need to create an entirely new, separate Stripe account with some other email address ๐Ÿค”

Can you provide the account ID of the account that is attempting to onboard?

I'd need to ask the customer to share that. I can't see it, given they haven't been able to connect yet.

Unfortunately I think this is going to be a Stripe Support question

No problem, will raise a support ticket. Thanks ๐Ÿ™
