No, it doesn't look possible. Note that a checkout session with ui_mode embedded will automatically be placed within an iframe. Does that not satisfy your use case in some way?
No, because my entire application runs inside an iframe, and when I redirect the user to the Stripe Checkout page, it fails because Stripe requires Checkout to be at the top window context.
Got it. One option is to not use an embedded checkout and instead build the checkout yourself, but it will take more code

Another option might be to redirect to a stripe hosted page instead of embedding it. The only potential issue is that it might have a problem redirecting back to your site if its in an iframe, not sure
