Hello, just to make sure I understand what you are looking at: are you trying to add this bank account through your own dashboard when viewing the account as your connected account? This server is more familiar with the API than the dashboard, so I may have to forward you to our main support team but I'm happy to take a look

Still not seeing a solid explanation here unfortunately. To clarify, is the UAE account not seeing an option to add accounts at all, or is it just the option to add multiple accounts that is not showing up?
Correct, the specific UAE account is not seeing the option to add multi currency accounts, the other ones are. We thought maybe the business had to be verified first, which once it became approved we still don't see the option but we know it works as our other connected accounts show it

Do they currently have an account for USD?
Looks like accounts in the UAE only support USD as an additional currency.
and only for banks existing in the UAE, which they've already added an account. So I think this might be related to region than account type.
Also just to make sure were on the same page because you mention using "Payment Element"

And yes exactly, we are trying to add a USD account on the UAE account
And the bank they have on the account “Mashreq” is indeed a UAE bank
We just added another connect account and on that one it allows us but it’s a UK account so it’s definitely looking like something region related but on the docs it shows UAE should work as it’s supported
From what I can tell it should allow them to add a second USD account.

Currently yes but we will have many
It’s part of what we checked with our stripe rep when we negotiated fees etc that this was possible for UAE
I told them about the issue and they suggested messaging here

👋 I just tested and I see the same limitation locally. Works fine for my connected account in France but doesn't work for the one in the UAE. Looks like a limitation for Connect platforms
