Can you please explain this workflow to me with subscription schedules?
So when a customer gets created in my system they will automatically be created in stripe through an integration.

I'll then manually assign an initial subscription plan to that customer.

If the customer wants an add-on they'll select what they want, purchase it and that feature will be added to their subscription schedule?
