You can use this guide, https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=elements for instance so Stripe.js handles this sensetive data in accordance with the PCI compliance.

If you have a legitimate business use case and handling raw pans in a PCI complaint way, you can contact support.

Other than that, I recommend that do not use RAW pans and let Stripe handle that complexity for you by using Stripe.js
