Hi, can you share more here? What integration are you using? Can you share an object id that you're working with that you can share? The payment intent object id should start with pi_
Depending on your integation, you can confirm it on the server, https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/confirm?api-version=2025-08-27.basil or the client side, https://docs.stripe.com/js/payment_intents/confirm_payment . If you can share more information, I'm happy to provide further guidance.

We are using stripe sdk, and I am trying to send confirm after create paymentIntent but that time I have no payment method.

What do you mean by 'on device'? You will need to have the payment method as asfer you make that call, we will attempt to complete any required actions, such as authenticating your user by displaying a 3DS dialog or redirecting them to a bank authorization page.
