Good question, looking in to this. TermsText is definitely what I would have thought would work here. If you try making a different modification like color does that work?

Yes font size and color seems to work

But this does not work.

I think centering that text is a pretty valid use case right?

It looks like textAlign only works with PaymentMethodMessaging at the moment. I can definitely file a feature request but it looks like this isn't currently supported

I know you cant make promises but this seems a no brainer. So what kind of timeline can I expect?

Just filed it, unfortunately I don't have any kind of timeline and can't promise that it will be implemented. And unfortunatley we don't support overriding this via external CSS. It may be possible to hide these terms and show them yourself, checking in to that
