error code was 'payment_intent_unexpected_state' and the req was req_73leA335EbLtm9

Yeah I think you got confused. That API request is calling the Confirm PaymentIntent API on a PaymentIntent you already confirmed
The API returns a really clear error message beyond the payment_intent_unexpected_state. Did you look at that error message?
