You should be able to rotate your API keys from the Dashboard
https://dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys
next to each key the ... menu, you can select rotate and a new key will be generated
This could be a sign of card testing, and not necessarily a key leak, but rotating keys might be a wise precaution.

Card testing is a type of attack perpetrated by an outsider where they try to auth a bunch of potentially stolen cards to see if any are still valid.
