Hi, no ApplePay requires that you add a valid real card in your wallet. When using your tesk/ Sandbox account keys it should convert the card number to our test 4242 so you do not get charged.

We do have these test card for our simulator: https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/references/testing#simulated-test-cards. However, not for what you're trying to achieve no.
