Is this your stripe integration where you control the code? Or a third party integration or plugin?

3rd party integration that exists in Perfex CRM. It is a "no-code" integration. You just enable the module and enter API keys.

Yeah so I can't assist unfortunately. We help developers with their api integrations in here. Likely there's some bug in that plugin's code, but you'll need to take it up with the developers.
But if you share the payment intent id I can take a quick glance to see if the issue is something obvious

Ok so this looks like it was created via a checkout session. What are you seeing on the frontend when attempting to pay via the checkout session?
Do you have a screen recording or something that shows the issue?

Did you click autofill to autofill the test details?
That screenshot is saying you need to complete microdeposit verification
But our test details should bypass that

no, I clicked enter bank info manually and I cut pasted from this page:
I don't know what "complete microdeposit verification" means.. I'm assuming that is like when you send a test deposit of like .15 cents and then later ask "how much was the deposit we sent" ??

You're correct. That number shouldn't require microdeposit verification

Ah ok so it's because you clicked "Enter bank details manually (may take 1-2 business days) in Checkout
That uses microdeposit verification
Instead just click "Test Institution" and you should get a successful test payment immediately

I chose the "enter manually" option because I didn't understand what the options in the image below meant, but I did understand how to enter test credentials.

I do know, however, that the previous attempt was done choosing "sandbox bank (OAuth)" and that failed with the same error.
ahh.. now I see. So I choose "test institution" and it gives me these three options:
so, I chose the top "success" option, I got the following success screen, but the transaction still shows incomplete in the dashboard.
Nevermind.. once I saved the bank info, you still have to pay/checkout. It worked. Thank you for your help

however, when I spoke with the other agent, she stated that this is only for support with API coding and actual software development.
