Your Stripe account currently does not support Connect payments with PayPal. To enable PayPal with Connect for your Stripe account, review the eligibility guidelines at https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paypal#connect and, if your setup is supported, submit an onboarding request via your Stripe Dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods.
