Now in prod, I have funded a balance of 1000 usd
How did you do that? If you made a payment recently, those funds are likely not available yet to transfer.

Yea, it looks like your current available balance is negative

You're also currently set up with automatic payouts, so there will ~never be available balance for transfers, since funds from payments are allocated for payouts before they are available to transfer

What are you trying to do, exactly?

I went into balances from the left menu and then clicked on top up

and then $1000 top up was done

I don't see that currently, fo help investigating that top up and your balance you'll need to speak with support: https://support.stripe.com/contact

in terms of the failed transfer request, that's due to insufficient balance

Leaving aside the top up, what flow are you trying to achieve overall?
