Hello, in terms of Stripe code what are you doing here? Like are you setting metadata on some object and it isn't appearing somewhere else?
And are you writing the Stripe code here or is this all using Zoho's system without writing your own Stripe API code? If the latter, then you will want to reach out to Zoho, because they will be able to better look in to what is happening there

The Meta data in the logs shows the customer email, but here in the events it does not show
