There isn't an indication in the account.updated event that onboarding is finished. Why do you need to know when onboarding is done? Or is the real goal to be notified when a connect account's charges and payouts have been activated, or if there's still outstanding requirements?

@fringe axle we want to update a flag in our database for when the user finishes the onboarding for his express account, if account.updated what else can I use?

There's not really anything available for this
Really you should be updating state in your database for when a connect account is activated
Not when user onboarding is finished because that's what really matters
Like checking the payouts_enabled and charges_enabled booleans in the account.updated object
And the requirements hash
Because new requirements can be introduced even after someone completes onboarding
