This is a bit more of a general question. We focus on unblocking developers with very specific issues integrating with Stripe APIs. We're not really set up to assist with business use cases too much but I can provide a little info.
I think what you are referring to here is our Global Payouts feature: https://docs.stripe.com/global-payouts
I think it would be worthwhile to read through the docs. Not just the high level descriptions, but get into the integration guides and make sure the individual steps make sense for how you've set up your business.
