Hello, it looks like that functionality is in private preview, so it looks like whoever tried to set up your account needs to try to enable this again. If you were talking to specific people at Stripe before about this, I'd reccommend reaching out to them again, otherwise our general support should be able to connect you with someone https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
