yeah, that does not look like an inegration issue rather the issuing bank is declining the card: https://stripe.com/gb/resources/more/a-complete-list-of-decline-codes#list-of-card-decline-codes due to an incorrect PIN: https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1Frr2CLmjdnG8GX0/payments/pi_3SA8qxLmjdnG8GX00g5GgHzi

You can recommend your customer reach out to the issuing bank if they think they are inputting the correct PIN but still getting this decline
