I don't quite understand your question. What do you mean by "keep a track of all balances added and keep on substracting from that"? Which balance are you referring to here?
why is no invioce generated and shown to the customer if they are using meters
For the meter usage, the invoice will be created and finalised after the end of billing cycle. When do you expect the invoice to be generated?
