I would expect discounts to be applied and taken into account, so total amount will be decucted and genearted stripe object would include these two discounts in invoice.discounts array.

Does this happen only when applying two coupons, or does it behave this way with a single coupon as well?

Can you say more about why your phrased that this way? Were you expecting the version change to specifically affect this flow in some way?

Same result for one coupon (req_efdkyEWLte3uWT).

I quite don't understant why this partialy worked with old api, but results are the same with new one.
