company.structure is not included in this documentation when I select Brazil and if I do not pass any parameters to the API, the same problem occurs

I"m not sure whta you mean you say you do not pass any parameters. There are many parameters in that request
Specifically you are passing business_type: "company" and company.structure: "private_partnership", which the error points out is not valid

Okay so it succeeds when you don't provide the company structure. As the error said, that combination is not valid for BR accounts

What is the correct combination? What parameters should I pass to enable this field? What values are allowed for Brazil?

WE do not have extensive documentation about this available and it's not something we are expert in here since it is a regulatory question and not something specifically to do with the APIs (beyond the error).
I recommend writing in to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact to get more complete description of what is allowed
