Hello there
What type of Connected Account is this?
And can you provide an example Event ID here that I can look at?
Gotcha, yeah this is expected for Express/Standard accounts as they handle their own KYC information and this is considered sensitive data so it is not returned to the platform.
You would only receive this KYC data for Custom Connected Accounts where you as the platform would be responsible for KYC handling on your Connected Accounts.
For Express/Standard Stripe handles the KYC here.
Oh, is there any way that we can override this constraint? Or is there any other way to get the address synced as it is a required feature in our app
You could reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and see if you can get access to this information.
No way to override/access it by default. But I think they may be able to review your account and potentially approve you for access to this info.
