I see $547.81 on Total Balance. But I just added that recently (maybe an hour ago). How long until those funds are available for Instant Payouts?

Probably the cleanest way to know is to retrieve that account's Balance and look at instant_available https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance/balance_object?api-version=2025-05-28.basil#balance_object-instant_available

You might see it on recent balance.available webhook events if there are any

Depends on settlement time as far as I know, but I don't have great expertise in settlement/balance availability: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/balances#settlement-time
