Hmm so overall yeah if you are setting stripe_user[business_type] to llc here then I would expect it to be prefill with Corporation there...

Hmm alright well I'll need to file a ticket internally about this. The reality is that this is our legacy flow and we really recommend using Connect Onboarding here which does work with pre-filling as I just tested it.
Is there a reason you are using the OAuth flow?
