Yes, in that panel and I added the Apple certificate.
That certificate should only be required for mobile applications I belive. For an elements page, the two requirements are that you have Apple Pay enabled in the page's settings somehow and that you have your domain registered as a payment method. I can see that your domain was registerred when that payment happened, not sure the best way to check what your settings were at that time
