Hey there, unfortunately I am not able to help with account verification or access issues, so you'll need to work with support.
Is this your own standalone account with Stripe, or is it an account associated with some platform/service?
I deleted your message with personal info as this channel is public
I send a lot of messages to them
No response
I haven't been paid for a month. I'm just a small business.
Could you give me an email where I can contact you?
You need to contact support here: https://support.stripe.com/contact
It doesn’t work , no response
There is no real person to contact. It is always useless messages replied by robots.
There was no reply from the email address I sent to.
You should log in with the current (incorrect) email you have and the password then change the email as shown here: https://support.stripe.com/questions/change-the-email-address-associated-with-a-stripe-account
For further help you'll need to continue to reach out to support. There should be options via the contact portal for writing in via form etc.
Changing the account email requires a verification code, but the system is sending the code to the wrong email address. Since that is an incorrect email, I cannot receive the verification code.
You can try "sign in another way" which if this is 2FA should give you options for entering one of your backup codes saved during sign up
