hey there, this looks like a normal decline from the customer's bank. You should have your customer contact their bank for more information about this.

As far as i can tell this is just customer bank declines. If you have further questions about specific declines or account activation, please contact support: https://support.stripe.com/contact
If you have integration questions I can help take a look, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
