Thanks, taking a look now. One thing that jumps out is that we don't have an intermediate certificate in use
ssl labs reports grade B and an incomplete chain... I'll see about installing the intermediate certificate in nginx if that should help

That fixed it. I had to merge the ca bundle with my certificate, and now all the webhooks are delivering. Many thanks for your suggestions.
