As far as I know, you can only hold the funds for a certain period of time and it depends on the country the connected account is based in.
I'd recommend talking to our Support as they're better equipped to answer this question with broader context on the policies and country specific stuff

Okay, just to clarify im not looking for the timeframe in which balance can be held in the connected account, but rather in the platform account after the initial charge, before the transfer to the connected account takes place.
Just wondering why you say this is dependent on the connected accounts location, because funds would be held in the platform balance.

Yeah my understanding is that some policies take the connected account location into consideration as well but again, don't take my word for it as we're not experts on this 😅
I'd go with whatever Support says
