Are you using the Stripe WooCommerce Extension? For example, this: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#payment-request-buttons
If you are using WooCommerce with Stripe, you'd want to refer to WooCommerce's guide on enabling Apple Pay when Stripe is the payment processor. Like this guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/setup-and-configuration/express-checkouts/#apple-pay-requirements

I do want to share this this is a Stripe Developer channel and our team specializes in integrations that built directly with Stripe. We can't really advice on Stripe integration that involves third-parties like WooCommerce because we wouldn't have context on how third-parties platforms work so if you're not seeing Apple Pay after meeting the requirements stated on WooCommerce's page, you may want to consider contacting WooCommerce's support team.

From the page I shared, no. But it does require you to register your web domains on your Stripe account’s payment method domains page.
Please note that for Apple Pay, both top-level domain and subdomain must be registered in your Stripe account's payment method domain page. More of this is shared here: https://docs.stripe.com/apple-pay?platform=web#web-integration-considerations
