The automatically download process only happen on controlled Connected Account

Is there anyway to get the app to download for them or do they need to do a proper connect setup?

Hey sorry was pulled into something else in office. Yes I think acct_1GKJllBV8N5bYxBi was connected via OAuth. They are a separated account from the start, so I don't think it would be possible to "convert" them to Platform-controlled account. If you own both the account, you can write to Support, they may have a process to convert

Platform-control will let your Platform manage many things on their account, so it maybe difficult to go down that path.
I think the real question is, what is the steps to make terminal on a non-controlled Connected Account download the app from your Platform
